Returns & Refunds.

We want you to feel confident when choosing Supk Kurk. This policy explains returns for standard products and for pieces made to your specifications. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Standard Products

If you are an EU consumer purchasing online, you normally have 14 days from delivery to tell us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. After notifying us, please return the product without undue delay and within the timeframe required by applicable law.

You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. Please keep it in its original condition and, where possible, use the original packaging. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and function.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email supkkurk@gmail.com before sending the product back.
  2. Include your name, order number and the product you wish to return.
  3. Wait for our return instructions and return address.
  4. Pack the product securely and retain proof of postage.

You do not need to give a reason when exercising a valid right of withdrawal, although your feedback is always welcome.

Return Shipping

For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer normally pays the direct return shipping cost unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires a different arrangement. We recommend using a tracked delivery service. Eligible refunds, including any delivery-cost refund required by law, will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Made-to-Order & Personalised Products

Some Supk Kurk products may in future be made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Where the legal exception applies, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal may not be available. We will clearly identify such products and explain the applicable return conditions before you place an order.

This exception does not remove your rights if a made-to-order product is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, is faulty or is not the product you ordered, please contact us promptly and include your order details and clear photographs where relevant. We will offer an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law. Where legally required, we will cover the cost of returning defective goods.

Natural Variations

Sheepskin is a natural material. Small differences in colour, shape, wool length, curl and texture make each piece unique and are not automatically defects. This does not affect your rights if a product materially differs from its description.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and checked, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within the timeframe required by applicable law. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the refund.
