Your legal guarantee rights
Updated 28 October 2026 · Document version 2026-10-28.1
Terms of purchase
These terms apply to purchases of physical goods from MB “Supk Kurk” through supkkurk.lt. They do not replace the mandatory rights that protect consumers.
Seller and contact details
The seller is MB “Supk Kurk”, company code 306493115, Lithuania. The postal address for correspondence, complaints and returns is Sodybos g. 26, Šepečių k., Paberžės sen., Vilniaus r., LT-14272, Lithuania. Email: supkkurk@gmail.com.
Customer service is available in Lithuanian and English. Translated pages help you read the purchase information; they do not restrict your right to contact us or use the consumer rights applicable to you.
Products, sizes and natural materials
The product page and your selected variant describe the item, material, colour, size, contents and care. Unless a product page states otherwise, the dimensions of shaped chair pads and shaped rugs refer to their backing; wool extends beyond its edge. Natural pelts are measured as described on their own product page.
Natural differences in wool, outline and shade are expected within the published description. This does not excuse an incorrect, unsafe or non-conforming product. Catalogue colour or size choices alone do not make a product personalised.
Prices and delivery charges
Prices are in euros. The checkout shows the final item prices, discounts, applicable taxes, delivery charge and total before submission. The delivery charge depends on the destination and selected service. No additional paid service is selected without your agreement.
Standard delivery within Lithuania costs €3 and is free when the items subtotal after discounts is more than €50. Other destinations and delivery restrictions are shown before an order can be submitted. If no delivery option is available, contact us for an individual offer; no order is concluded just by requesting a quote.
Ordering and formation of the contract
You may correct items, quantities, contact details and delivery before confirming. Adding goods to a cart does not reserve them. The final screen identifies whether you are sending a non-binding request, making an administrator test, or placing an order with an obligation to pay.
A quote request or test order is not a completed consumer purchase. For an active paid purchase, the contract is concluded when we accept your order and issue its confirmation; a payment obligation must be clearly identified before you submit. If an order cannot be accepted, we contact you and refund any sum received without undue delay.
The order confirmation contains the purchased items, selected variants, price, delivery details and an electronic copy of the purchase and returns conditions applicable to that order. Keep it for your records. Later website changes do not alter an existing order’s agreed conditions.
Payment and invoices
The payment methods available for your order are shown before submission. Where Paysera is offered, payment takes place through its payment interface; we receive the payment status rather than your complete card details. A page marked as a test does not collect real money.
We prepare the order after payment is confirmed, unless a different arrangement was expressly agreed. An invoice is provided for an accepted purchase under the applicable accounting and tax rules. A submitted request alone is not proof of payment.
Preparation, delivery and risk
Normal preparation for dispatch is 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, unless the product or order confirmation states a different period. Courier transit is additional. The chosen delivery estimate and price are shown at checkout. If no other delivery deadline was agreed, goods must be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.
Please provide a correct delivery address. If a delay occurs, contact us; your statutory rights to an additional delivery period, cancellation and reimbursement remain available. We bear the transport risk until you or a person you nominate receives the goods, except where the law provides otherwise for a carrier independently chosen by you.
Withdrawal and returns
For a standard online consumer purchase, you have 14 days from receiving the goods to notify us of withdrawal, followed by 14 days from that notification to send them back. The Returns and refunds page explains the full procedure, delivery-cost reimbursement and any legally applicable exceptions.
You can use our public withdrawal form without an account, send the model form, or email an unambiguous withdrawal statement. You do not need our permission before exercising a valid statutory right.
Legal guarantee and remedies
Goods supplied to EU consumers have a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years from delivery; mandatory law may provide longer protection. If goods are faulty or not as agreed, you may require free repair or replacement, subject to the legal rules on impossibility and disproportionate cost. A price reduction or termination and reimbursement is available in the circumstances provided by law, including an unresolved or serious lack of conformity.
Under the Lithuanian rules applying to goods bought from 31 July 2026, choosing repair instead of replacement during the legal guarantee extends the liability period once by 12 months. We inform you of the available choice and the extension where it applies. Mandatory more favourable rights in your country remain unaffected. This legal protection is separate from any voluntary commercial guarantee.
Complaints and out-of-court disputes
Send a complaint and your requested remedy to supkkurk@gmail.com or the seller’s postal address. Include the order reference and a description; photographs may help but do not replace your statutory rights. Complaints are examined free of charge. We provide a reasoned written response within 14 calendar days of receipt.
If our response does not resolve the dispute, or no response is received in time, a consumer may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT), A. Goštauto g. 12, LT-01108 Vilnius, Lithuania; email tarnyba@vvtat.lt; telephone +370 5 262 6760; website https://vvtat.lrv.lt. A consumer in another EU country may also seek help from their local European Consumer Centre. Access to court is not restricted.
Applicable law and personal data
Lithuanian law applies to these terms without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of habitual residence where that protection applies. These terms do not require a consumer to bring every dispute only before a Lithuanian court.
The Privacy policy explains how order and customer-service data are processed. Agreeing to purchase terms does not constitute consent to advertising or optional analytics.
